| Materials and methods.
The study used data from the medical history of patients diagnosed with systemic vasculitis (TA, Behcet's disease, GPA, IgA- vasculitis, PAN, Still's disease, Kogan’s syndrome) of the Turkestan region in the period from January 2019 to December 2020. The study included patients with systemic vasculitis over the age of 18 years. Results. As a result of the study, it was found that patients with IgA- vasculitis and TA predominate among patients, 43% and 38.4%, respectively. The average age of patients was 34±2.5, with 74.4% female, and only 24.6% male patients. 227 Regardless of gender and age, arthralgia was observed in 90% of patients with systemic vasculitis, and joint damage in the form of arthritis was detected in 72.3% of patients, which depended on the duration of the disease, the degree of activity of the pathological process, taking glucocorticosteroids, the presence of comorbid diseases. Conclusion. Arthralgia was observed almost in all patients with systemic vasculitis, and joint damage in the form of arthritis was detected approximately in 4/3 of patients, which depended on the duration of the disease, and the degree of activity of the pathological process. Arthropathies with different variants of systemic vasculitis develop in 70-80% of cases. Joint damage in different nosologies has its own characteristics and localization.
