Aktobe, Kazakhstan The article discusses the problems of linguodidactics and general methodological issues of teaching the Kazakh language. From the modern point of view, the object and subject of the study of linguodidactics are analyzed. New requirements for teaching the Kazakh language are considered. The system of teaching the Kazakh language, the purpose, content, tools and teaching technologies are considered from the point of view of Bloom's taxonomy. The article also discusses the feasibility of teaching the Kazakh language from the perspective of personality psychology. The importance and significance of psycholinguistics, social linguistics and psychodidactics in the teaching of the Kazakh language are considered. The importance of the place of cooperation technology in the modern system of language teaching is analyzed. An in-depth study of the technological component of the process of teaching the Kazakh language is necessary.
