Annotation: The article discusses the use of American methods of teaching English to study Kazakh. The
features of the known methods of teaching in the world linguistics techniques N. Chomsky analyzed the
performance and competence of the training system using process modeling language. Revealed some of the
problems and difficulties of learning the Kazakh language for foreigners. It is noted that an adequate level of
motivation and interest in the absence of speech environment creates the need for the formation of new teaching
methods.
