Нұрлыбек Айман ағылшын тілі мұғалімі «Тәуелсіздік – тұғырым» 1986жыл 16- желтоқсан Алматыда жаңбыр жауған ызғарлы жел болатын. Ел танымайтын Колбиннің ел басқаруына халық қарсы еді. Бұл 70жыл орыс боданында болған қазақтардың ашуын өршіте түсті. Сол күні қазақ жастары соңы қалай аяқталарын сезбесе де, алаңға шығып өз наразылықтарын білдірді. Нәтижесінде Рысқұлбеков Қайрат, Сыпатаев Ербол, Мұхаммеджанова Сабира, Асанова Ләззат сынды жастарымыз азаттық жолында құрбан болып кете барды... Тәуелсіздік - бабалар аңсауы. Ұрпақтың қолы жеткен киелі кезең. Тәуелсіздік таңбасы таста, қаны қара жердің тамырында жатқан құдіретті сөз. Еліміз тәуелсіздіктің бесігінде тербелгелі 31 жыл. 31 жыл ішінде Қазақстан етек-жеңін жиып , шекарасын бекітіп, өз алдына дербес, зайырлы ел болды. Бұл атадан келе жатқан ұлы жеңістің жемісі. 1991жылы 16-желтоқсанда егемендігін алған еліміздің өз президенті, ұлты мен ұлысы,салты мен дәстүрі, мәдениеті мен экономикасы болды. 1991жылы ел тәуелсіздігін алған кезде халық болып қана қуанған жоқпыз. Қазақ елінің өз алдына Республика болуын қалаған, әрі ең бірінші болып мойындаған Түркия. Тәуелсіздігін ала алмай не жері жоқ , не мемлекеті жоқ ұлттар қаншама? Мысалы оған құрттарды, ұйғырларды алуға болады. Солардың қасында біздің қазақ өте бақытты ел. Біз тәуелсіздік алғаннан кейін біздің өз тарихымызға жүйелі түрде көңіл бөлу басталды. Ал іргесі қаланған жаңа Республиканың әрі қарай өмір сүруі үшін ерен еңбек керек. Ол оның ішкі және сыртқы әлемі, экономикасы, ақшасы деген секілді көптеген құндылықтарға келіп тірелді. Аталған құндылықтарды 31 жыл ішінде үлкен мақсатқа айналдырған еліміз астанасында бекітті. Астана- арман қалаға айналды. Апорты бүкіл ел сүйсінген Алматының өзін мәдениет пен әдебиеттің қаласына айналдырды. Егеменді ел болған Қазақстан 1994жылы жекешелендіру және сайлау туралы заңдар шыға бастады. 1995жылы Қазақстан Республикасының Конституциясы қабылданып, өзіміздің заңдарымызды шығара бастадық. Қазақстан Республикасы бүгінгі күнде әлемге әйгілі 30 елдің қатарына аяқ басып жатырмыз. Бұл Қазақстан азаматтарының, ірі тұлғаларының патриоттық және отанға деген шексіз сезім мен құрметінің арқасында деп есептеймін. Келесі келе жатырған ұрпақ бәсекеге қабілетті, жан-жақты, адами капитальды бойына сіңірген керемет ірі тұлға боларына кәміл сенемін. The holy period reached by generations. The symbol of Liberty is on the stone, a powerful word whose blood lies in the roots of the Black Earth. Our country has been rocking in the cradle of Freedom for 31 years. For 31 years , Kazakhstan has become an independent, secular country, consolidating its borders. This is the fruit of the great victory coming from the grandfather. In 1991, on December 16, the country gained sovereignty by its president, nationality,customs and traditions, culture and economy. In 1991, when the country gained independence, we were not only happy about the people. Turkey was the first country to recognize and want the Kazakh country to become a republic in its own right. How many nations have no land or state without independence? For example, you can take kurts, uighurs for him. Next to them, our Kazakh is a very happy country. After we gained independence, our systematic attention to our own history began. And for the further existence of the New Republic, which was founded, it is necessary to work hard. It was based on many values, such as the inner and outer world, the economy, and money. These values were established in the capital of our country, which has become a great goal for 31 years. Astana has become a city of dreams. Apple kinds “Aport” turned Almaty, which was admired by the whole country, into a city of culture and literature. Kazakhstan, being a sovereign country, began to issue laws on privatization and elections in 1994. In 1995, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was adopted and we began to issue our own laws. Today, the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the 30 world-famous countries. I believe that this is due to the boundless sense of patriotism and respect for the motherland of citizens, great personalities of Kazakhstan.
