MYTH AS A SYMBOLIC FORM OF CULTURE: A VIEW FROM TRADITIONS AND THE PRESENT
The article deals with the myth as a symbolic form of culture. Symbol is born in the myth and it serves a
mandatory attribute, revealing something higher. Structural and semantic specificity of the myth is analyzed,
based on the philosophy of E. Cassirer, in three main directions 5 as a form of thought, as a form of contemplation,
as a form of life. This allows you to look at the myth from the position of tradition and the present.
