Reputation of modernization of the system of higher education This article discusses the basic stages of education reform, building on the concept of advanced education. The main
aim of this concept is to establish social atmosphere of the prestige of higher education, professionalism and
competence. According to researchers in Kazakhstan, such a position is update the education system contributes to the
solution of the national interests of Kazakhstan, leaving a strategic orientation of higher education, namely the idea of
the formation of highly qualified professionals with a responsible attitude to the world.
