Formation of informative activity of students based logic circuits The article discusses the formation of the cognitive activity of students of a specialty "Physics" using electrical
circuit simulation and analysis program Electronics Workbench. The Electronics Workbench all the elements described
in strictly defined parameters, so every time during the experiment will be repeated the result is determined only by the
parameters of the elements and the calculation algorithm. Electronics Workbench allows you to put the scheme in such
a way as to be clearly visible to all connection elements and at the same time the whole scheme as a whole. Ability to
change the color of the conductors allows you to make the scheme more readable. You can display different colors and
graphics, which is very convenient, while a study of several dependencies. Intuitive and simple interface make the prog-
ram available to anyone who is familiar with the basics of using Windows. Compatible with the P-SPICE Electronics
Workbench software is based on standard elements of SPICE programs. It allows you to export a variety of models and
