in terms of inclusive education The article considers the problems of creating a "barrier-free environment" in the conditions of inclusive education
at higher education institutions. Today the higher education of Kazakhstan is the task of organizing "accessible environ-
ment" in which people with disabilities can successfully receive vocational education. Currently, this topic has gained
special urgency, as this is regarded within the concepts of tolerance and equality, which is one of the funda-mental ideas
of modern society. The article focuseson the ways and conditions for the establishment of an inclusive educational
environment for students with disabilities who receive vocational training and to participate actively in society.
Submitted the experience of creating an affordable "barrier-free" environment in the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Studied opportunities and availability of academic buildings, dormitories, libraries, dining area and a special parking of
al-Farabi Kazakh National University for ensuring "barrier-free environment."Researched possibilities of students with
disabilities for physical culture and sports, also state of sports halls and grounds.
