CHALLENGES OF THE XXI CENTURY"

Taking into account the external environmental conditions (natural-climatic,
demographic, ecological, socio-economic, political and other), the demands of the social order
(including the person himself), the ideology of the formation of the individual is carried out,
educational services are provided by the complex educational institution, and by other structures,
and they have educational and educational development potential [6, 7]. R.E.Ponomarev defines
the educational space of a person in this way, according to which it consists of the space that
includes the roles and interactions of the students, and the growth of the individual culture of the
learner is its result. Authors write that the educational space creates conditions for the continuous
development of the personality, in which a person is not only the real subject of the process of
personal knowledge, but also the subject of self-realization, creative self-realization.
Thus, structuring the views of modern scholars on the above-mentioned educational
environment, we note that in these definitions, the position related to the space as a place and as
a process is specified [8]. Now we will consider what pedagogical conditions should be for the
formation of the educational environment in order to achieve the goal of the effective
development of ecological culture in higher education students. If the process of educating
ecological culture is used, the educational environment can be viewed as a combination of
internal and external features and conditions, and a purposeful educational environment is
created that ensures the transition to the formation of ecological culture at a sufficiently high
level in the students of the educational organization.
In conclusion, we emphasize that the educational environment is characterized by the
quality characteristics of the educational organization determined by the strategic goals of
educating students of ecological culture. He is considered to be functionally integrated compared
to a high school student, because he performs the only educational function - his personal
development function.
