ists, continued professional educational, personal peculiarities, level of claims. INTRODUCTION Kazakhstan is on the ongoing processes of integration into the world’s educational space. It requires the development and implementation in the pedagogical practice of innovative technolo- gies that can bring the current education system to a qualitatively new level that meets interna- tional standards. As a result, the experience of creating new educational technologies aimed at the needs of the public is becoming increasingly widespread. Thus, the Law on Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a priority task of the education sys- tem notes “the introduction and effective use of new learning technologies, including credit, dis- tance, information and communication, contrib- uting to the rapid adaptation of vocational edu- cation to the changing needs of society and the labor market” [Закон Республики Казахстан «Об образовании». – Астана, 2007]. In this regard, professional training should be considered as part of the process of continuing professional education. The continuity of educa- tion is ensured by the comprehensive development of the personality at all stages of its life: progres- sive enrichment of its capabilities in an increasingly full realization of powers and abilities, professional and general cultural growth. This means the unity of the entire education system, free access to it. The general purpose of professional training, which consists of the formation of a specialist ca- pable of creative transformation of the sphere of activity, falls into two parts: the formation of a sys- tem of professional knowledge and skills, as well as the development of the personality of a modern middle-level specialist. жүктеу/скачать 14,41 Mb.
