This article considers main values such as culture, thinking and communication culture, humanism culture, language
culture, pedagogical culture. The author tries to poit terms and reasons of formation of pedagogical communication
culture. Some peculiarities of language culture were defined as well in the article.
The article reflects the main purpose of the speech – communication as an important part of professional
pedagogical activity.
In the article have been specified the need in a high level of professionalism among teachers, their ability to analyze
the inner world of people , know and learn methods of teaching, the presence of creative abilities.
The main tools of development and maintenance of vocational training, the formation of moral and cultural potential
of the teacher.
