РЕЗЮМЕ 
 
В  статье  дается  краткий  обзор  исследования  в  Казахстане  тюркских  имен  собственных. 
Были изучены астионимы в диахронии и причины, периоды их переименования.  
Выявлены духовно-языковые ценности топонимов, их преемственность на основе изучения 
тюркского пласта казахстанской топонимии. 
Изучены культурно-познавательные взгляды народа, который формировал, менял, пополнял 
свой топонимический фонд. 
 
RESUME 
 
The article provides a brief overview of the study of the Turkic layer of onyms in Kazakhstan. The 
works of onomastics-scholars have been reviewed and tailored to the types of names. The dixonal layer of 
the Turkic layer of the astonyms in Kazakhstan has been studied, the periods and causes of change have 
been identified. The study of the Turkic layer of the Kazakh onomastics and the study of the foundations 
of cultural, historical-linguistic, geographical, and geo-ecological continuity have revealed the intellectual 
potential of the national onomastic  heritage as a system of spiritual and linguistic values centuries. The 
continuity  of  the  historical,  cultural,  spiritual-cognitive  unity  and  languages  of  the  Turkic  peoples  in 
Kazakhstan and other countries has been identified. The cognitive attitude of the peoples to the formation, 
transformation, and transformation of the peoples over the centuries have been studied.
