The article discusses various approaches to the preparation of a special teacher to work in an inclusive
education; highlighted the existing problems in this process; the concept of ―training teachers for work in an
inclusive education‖ is revealed. One of the key in this regard is the problem of staffing the education system,
which is solved through the training of teachers, providing the educational process, psychological and pedagogical
support of subjects of education and the socio-cultural integration of individuals with special educational needs in
modern society.
