Anti-corruption programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

| Anti-corruption programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - a document long-term action (usually the period of coverage is indicated directly in the program), which shall state the grounds (or reasons) for adoption, goals, objectives, principles, stages of implementation, the specific ways of doing things, the expected results .
Since its sovereignty in the country made the following anti-corruption programs: - The State Anti-Corruption Program for 1999-2000 - was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 7, 1998; - The Programme of Action of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of socio-economic and financial measures to counter corruption - endorsed the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 July 1999; - The program to combat crime in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2000-2002 (it provides an independent branch of "Combating Economic Crime and Corruption") - approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2000; - The State Anti-Corruption Program for 2001-2005 - was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 5, 2001; - The State Anti-Corruption Program for 2006-2010 - was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 December 2005; - Sectoral Programme on Anti-Corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2015 - approved by Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011. Each of these programs contains a set of measures that aims to provide a decisive impact on the process, if not the elimination of a whole, a significant reduction in the types and volumes of corruption, the influence of the latter on the ongoing development of the national economy. For the first time in the history of Kazakhstan in 2014 it was adopted by the strategic document: - The Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the years 2015-2025 - was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2014.
