| Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on struggle against corruption - a separate synthetic laws contain a prescription for all branches of the law on liability for corruption offenses.
The laws are universal in nature, binding on all subjects of relations specified in their specific rules (articles). The action is limited in space law. That space is the whole territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the state borders. Existing laws is limited in time. The law applies subject of relations in a certain time interval, the beginning of which is the day of entering into legal force of the law. The law can not be applied since it was canceled or invalidating and replacement by another law. By the laws of closely adjacent the Presidential Decree. Decrees are the legal instruments have the highest legal force, and covers the entire country. The Republic of Kazakhstan has adopted the following anti-corruption laws and decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: - On measures to strengthen the fight against organized forms of crime and corruption - Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 17 March 1992; - On additional measures to strengthen the fight against crime and corruption and to further improve law enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 2009; - On Combating Corruption - Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 1998 (№267-1KRZ); - On public service - Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 23, 1999 (№453-1 HRH); - On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on the issues of public service and the fight against corruption - the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29 December 2010; - On Amendments and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On normative legal acts on issues of scientific anti-corruption expertise" - the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 14, 2009; - Education - Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 (№ 319-III LRK). жүктеу/скачать 2,07 Mb.
