The scientifically-theoretical basis of the formation of moral and spiritual qualities of
school personality

In the general education school such moral qualities are formed as responsibility for their actions
and the behavior of their comrades, deep interest in common success, will power, aspiration to
achieve high results. Along with this, classes allow schoolchildren to develop in their own speed,
agility, strength, perseverance, patience. To realize these goals, the educator needs to make a lot of
efforts aimed at the development of vital goals, the ability to correlate them with the moral values
of society, to show moral and strong-willed readiness to overcome difficulties.Moral-valitional
qualities of personality are expressed exactly in the process of volitional activity. Volitional qualities
are formed in vital activity of man as difficult psychical features and psychological character in
forming of moral-volitional children. Collective is played a large role on these children. Every
unanimous collective requires from the members to observe diveded rules of behavior. These
requirements plug in itself implementation of the put tasks, active and careful attitude toward the
comrades and organizational abilities in a collective.
