Speech behavior as a linguodidactic problem Speech activity is studied in the article, from the side of lingual didactics in the capacity of its central category,
modern lingual didactics determines the concept of secondary linguistic personality. This concept is understood as
totality of ability for preparation person to use speaking skills in conditions of authentic communication with
representatives of other cultures. Secondary linguistic personality is realized only in communication, because of it while
its studying, in the center of attention appears its speaking activity and linguistic consciousness.
Linguistic consciousness of personality is realized in speaking activity of native speaking, descriptions which
depend on levels, that from the structure of linguistic personality. Linguistics direct their efforts as studying of language
as public phenomenon. Following linguistics, to patterns of teaching language also lingual didactics pays attention,
which stays before it goal to describe the structure and model’s content of language mastering in process of education.
This model can be applied for studying the second language, as well as the model of linguistic personality.
Nowadays lingual didactics and methodology of teaching function as independent science within poly scientific
system of lingual education.
