Summary The ways of future specialists’ professional competence formation Rizakhojayeva G.A. – PhD Student, Rahimova D.A. – Senior lecturer, Berkimbaev K.M. – Doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Yassavi Abstract: The need for the training of professionals, based on the formation of the professional competencies is relevant today . Nowadays tourism industry is characterized by a low level of service quality. One important reason for this situation is probably the lack of development of practical skills of students. Formation of competitive personnel potential in tourism requires improving the quality of education, the formation of a continuous process of education for the integration of theory with practice, improvement of material and technical base of education to international level. The authors propose the creation of specially equipped laboratories in universities that train specialists for tourism, for the conduct of professional disciplines and give them practical skills.
