This article will address the head of state "Mangilik el" wants to build the country in the direction of the idea of the
future of the younger generations love for the motherland, the national civil service, the promotion of the history of the
formation of the national patriotically nation and to know the culture, the language, the mentality and respect for
customs and traditions of each azampen citizen, the future of higher education institutions prepared praise for
professionals and students, education issues and the ways of its formation and development of the properties are
considered.
