Summary Рedagogical conditions of development of leadership qualities of students Mamilina SK - Senior Lecturer, Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Zhetysu State University mamilina_samal@mail.ru This article discusses the development of leadership qualities of students, this problem has always been relevant, but in today's society, this problem has found the most urgent need in the rapid and successful resolution. Since the leadership qualities to help develop the whole person and also help, through the process of socialization without trauma. In this article we examined the theoretical aspects of this issue, and concluded that the opinion of scientists and educators about the leadership issue is quite similar, but each scientist sees it in his own way, as the lead in exploring different social aspects. As a result of the analysis of scientific and methodical literature, we can conclude that the basis of the process of development of leadership qualities of personality are social factors (social relations, socio-economic environment); action immediate environment (social and official position, moral and psychological unity of managers and subordinates, official functions and management staff, etc.); personality and psychological conditions affecting the development of leadership qualities.
