Kazakhfolk musicis a means ofcomprehensiveeducation of the youngergeneration, includingthe patriotic education. Musical worksaffect themental andpatriotic feelingsof children and youth, promote musical andaesthetic taste. The economicand social systemof the Kazakh peopleand itsway of life andaestheticoutlookare reflected inworks oforal literature. The folk musicmainstreamincludesfolk songs andfolksongs ofcomposers,kui and national composerskui. Songwriting genres of Kazakh people diverse. They are family household, ritual, labor, lyrical, historical songs, songs of social protest, the epics, legends, tales intertwined with music. The ritual songs describe the love to the motherland, to the native land, to people, entertainment, morality, daily life, family relationships. Вестник КазНПУ им. Kazakh people in the patriotic education of children and youth skillfully used lyrical songs.
