Almaty, Kazakhstan The article discusses the similarities and differences of speech interaction in professional language and in the business sphere. It is proved that speech in the business sphere is one of the forms of oral speech. Speech interaction in the business sphere has dynamic, psychological and cultural features. The dynamic feature of language units is in the speech flow and in constant development. Psychological feature is considered at the level of individual psychological problems, revealed in the psychology of communicants in business communication. Special attention is paid to psychological processes in pronunciation and listening. The activity of business communication in interpsychic processes and intrapsychic processes is defined.
