The article considers the system of images in the poetry of Mukagali Makatayev. In the
works of M. Makatayev, methods and techniques of creating images of the poet, artistic skill are
described. In the works of the poet, characteristic metaphors and substitutes are determined.
Lyrical hero, alliteration and assonance, poetic metonymy, beautiful model of antithesis,
representation of balance and charm, grinding, will are analyzed by analysis. Also the analysis of
skillful application of symbolism of birds is carried out.
