Summary The acmeological approach as a necessary condition for improving the quality of education In the article deals the problems of acmeological approach, which is currently one of the most progressive and
perspective for modern education. From the quality of learning depends on the level of formation of akme-creative
qualities of teacher. High level education is provided by all levels of the educational system. The particular attention
takes note for the activity of the teacher as one of the direct participants in the sphere of education and the management
capacity of educational institutions.
The peculiarity of the teaching profession is an essential tool of activity is his personality. In this regard, the
important issue of personal and professional qualities of the teacher. Here, for the solving the task, it is necessary to
revise approaches to training of the future teachers in high school in order to make capable of performing assigned
targets. Today’s requirement is creative thinking expert, capable of effective reflection, to develop strategically the right
direction in educational policy and the successful realization of their potential.
