The concept of competence, competence and professional reflection are analyzed. According to the results of the analysis are revealed that professional and pedagogical competence depends on pedagogical skills, education, development and experience, as well as the culture of the person communicating. The conclusion of that professional- pedagogical competence of the future specialist are formed and developed in a professional educational activity.
