Gumilyov Eurasian National University Problems of formation of formation of professional competence of future personel The article discusses the problems of formation of professional competence of the future personnel of a new generation. The following concepts: "competence", "competence", "knowledge", "culture", "civilization" are defined. The features of educational activities aimed at the formation of professional competence of future experts in the conditions of the new reality are identified. Constituent components of social and educational activities are defined. These components promote the development of legal, cognitive, communication, information, socio-cultural competence of future specialists. In the context of multicultural and polylingual space professional develops intellectual and social potential of future specialists. Achieving the integration of language and vocational training improves the quality of educational services in the context of increasing the dynamics of the competitive advantages of the internal and external labor market.
