| Statements for the defense:
1. Recently, in the territory of Kazakhstan, the emissions of PAH have increased several hundred times. 2. In cases of acute and chronic intoxication with petrol vapors, with chronic intoxication with cigarette smoke, anxiety increases, and the research activity of laboratory animals is reduced. In groups with the use of the drug «Ecdyphyt” the anxiety index decreases. 3. Morphological studies show signs of toxic encephalopathy in cases of acute and chronic intoxication with gasoline vapors and chronic intoxication with cigarette smoke in the brain of laboratory animals. 4. Morphological studies for chronic and acute intoxication with gasoline vapors and chronic intoxication with cigarette smoke and correction with the drug «Ecdyphyt” reduce the severity of damage to brain tissue. The corrective effect of the drug «Ecdyphyt” is more pronounced in cases of chronic intoxication with petrol vapors compared to cigarette smoke. 5. Morphometric indices, with chronic and acute intoxication with gasoline vapors and chronic intoxication with cigarette smoke, show signs of irreversible damage, which decrease with the correction of the drug «Ecdyphyt” Practical significance of the results. It can serve as a theoretical basis for other clinical and preclinical studies of the preparation "Ecdyphyt. The use of behavioral, morphological and morphometric techniques can serve as a basis for other research in this field. The results obtained with exposure to vapors of gasoline and cigarette smoke can be used in ecology, ecotoxicology and biology. Personal contribution of the applicant. Development of a research plan, collection of materials and data, testing of research objects, conduct of behavioral, morphological and morphometric studies, processing of the obtained results, discussions and conclusions are personal work of the applicant. The work was carried out on the initiative of the applicant Testing research results and publications. at the expanded meeting of the Department of Management and Engineering in the field of environmental protection of L.N. Gumilyov ENU, (Astana, 2018). On the topic of the thesis 8 scientific works were published: - 1 publication in the journals included in the Scopus database, - 3 articles in the materials of international conferences, all of them in the materials of foreign conferences, - 3 articles in the editions included in the list, recommended by the Committee for Supervision in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, - 1 article in the international journal. The volume and structure of the dissertation.
