По теме диссертации опубликовано 8 научных работ: - 1 публикация в журналах, входящем в базу данных Scopus, -3 статьи в материалах международных конференций, все из них в материалах зарубежных конференций, - 3 статьи, в изданиях входящих в список рекомендованный Комитетом по контролю в сфере образования и науки МОН РК, - 1 статья в международном журнале. Объем и структура диссертации Диссертационная работа состоит из введения, четырех разделов, заключения, из 2-х приложений и изложена на 134 страницах компьютерного набора, включает 18 таблиц, 59 рисунка, список использованных источников из 214 наименовании. Mustafa "Some morphological and functional shifts of the central nervous system under intoxication with cigarette smoke and gasoline vapors and their correction" Topic actuality. In many studies, among all harmful emissions into the environment, the composition of cigarette smoke and gasoline vapors for a variety of chemical elements exceeds several thousand. Among these substances, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) can be especially noted, they are carcinogens by the mechanism of action (Reinskje T., 2011). As for the spread in the environment, the main sources are factories and coke processing enterprises. PAHs product is a semi-combustion of organic compound and fuel. According to the content in cigarette smoke, PAHs can be up to 12%, in gasoline vapor up to 40%, the effects to the organism are prevalent (ATSDR, 1995). The PAH emissions into the environment of Kazakhstan for benzapyrene increased by 213% (http://stat.gov.kz). Other authors studied the effects of specific PAHs on the organism (Isioma T, 2016), on this study examined the effects of cigarette smoke and gasoline vapors, considering the presence of laboratory animals in the composition of varieties of PAHs on the central nervous system. In the study of the effect of chronic and acute intoxication with gasoline vapors and chronic intoxication with cigarette smoke, a background correction with the preparation "Ecdyphyt" was carried out, which has anabolic and adaptogenic properties. The use of the preparation "Ecdyphyt" for the maintenance of health to people working in unfavorable conditions at work (Adekenov S.M., 2016), with correction of an astheno-vegetative syndrome, to increase the general tone of the body, to reduce muscle and nervous fatigue, to improve memory (Rukaber N.С., 2015) contributed to the choice of this drug. жүктеу/скачать 44,13 Kb.
