the teacher training courses, generalized representations of theoretical
and empirical research are necessary. It is revealed that various types
of approaches to STEM education are represented in the region. Physics
teachers have a strong interest to be engaged in STEM education. Pref-
erence is given to the option when implementing the STEM classes with
students in a separate integrated course while maintaining the orthodox
physics course.
