Мақалада «суреткер тұлғасы» деген түсініктің көлемін қарастыру мəселесі қойылған. Авторлар бірталай теориялық жəне тарихи-əдбиеттік зерттеулерді қарастыра отырып, осы түсініктің əдебиеттануда шегі нақты айқындалмаған деген пікір қалыптастырған. Бүгінде «суреткер тұлғасы» дефиницияның артығырақ ашық айқындауының қажеттілігі туып отыр. Осыған байланысты жұмыста келесі мəселелер көрсетілген: бірінші жəне екінші автор, биографиялық автор жəне автор бейнесі, жа- саушы-автор, автор-кейіпкер. Орыс жəне шетел əдебиеттің кең материалын тартып, мақала авторлары ерекше кейіпкер түрі — ол шебер кейіпкер, ерекше көркемдік көзқарасы бар деген қорытындыға келді. Bidanova The artist's identity: the problem of the study The article is concerned with the problem of determining the scope of the term «artist personality». Consider- ing a number of theoretical and literary-historical research, the authors conclude that the boundaries of this concept in literary criticism is rather blurry. Today there is a need to clarify the definitions of the term «artist personality». In this regard, the work comprises the following aspects: primary and secondary author, bio- graphical author and image of author, author the creator and author the character. Having studied extensive material of Russian and foreign literature, the authors arrive at the conclusion of the existence of a special type of hero — the hero-artist, endowed with a specific artistic world-view.
