PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
OF FUTURE TEACHERS

The article discusses the features of training the future teachers to the implementation of pedagogical
management, their role in the professional development of specialists. On the basis of the works of foreign and
Kazakh researchers, pedagogical, cognitive, cultural, personal-centered, competence-oriented approaches to the
content of education are described. The substantive structure of various aspects of pedagogical management is
highlighted, namely: cognitive-informative, activity-based, reflective, and value-based – motivational aspects.
