VI. Conclusion
During my internship, I learned a lot of new things in the hotel industry, completed the program in full, completed a qualified internship and got acquainted with the work of all hotel services. She approached the work of all hotel services with interest and responsibility. She took part in the social life of the enterprise.
I completed the practice program perfectly.
In conclusion of my work, I came to the following conclusions.
The hotel complex is the most important element of the social sphere, which plays an important role in increasing the efficiency of social production and, accordingly, increasing the living standards of the population.
Hotels have the following features:
consist of numbers, the number of which exceeds a certain minimum, have a single guide;
provide a variety of hotel services, the list of which is not limited to daily bedding, room and bathroom cleaning;
grouped into classes and categories according to the services provided, available equipment and country standards;
are not included in the category of specialized institutions;
focused on their segment of travelers;
can be independent or belong to specialized associations (chains)
A theory without practice is meaningless, just like practice without theory. I was convinced of this during my internship. All theoretical knowledge gained within the walls of the university, I found my practical application.
Working in a hotel seemed very interesting to me, and for myself I decided that I would link my future life with hotel activities. For a month of practice, I have acquired a fairly large stock of skills in this area. The hotel business is in itself a very complex mechanism that needs precise management, due to which the quality of services is achieved. I regard this seemingly small experience for myself as a huge store of knowledge that I received thanks to the staff of the Diplomat hotel.
Thanks to my practical experience, I once again became convinced that the hotel business is a very profitable and promising commercial activity. It is not for nothing that the hotel business is considered the most attractive for investments, because their payback is achieved in a very short time. The hotel business is also a great indicator of the hospitality of our country. Hospitality management is a whole art, both in terms of the profitability of this activity and in the hospitality industry in general.
Kazakhstan has every opportunity for the successful development of the hotel industry. The richest history of the republic, rare historical monuments, original culture, political stability, relative openness and its willingness to cooperate - all this is conducive to the intensive development of both the tourism and hotel sectors.
