1. Anti-corruption policy - this is part of national policy. It is complex and affects different aspects of life and activities of the country. 2. The fight against corruption has no prospect of final victory over it. This requires that the anti-corruption activities were ongoing. This anti-corruption policy must be constantly updated, modernized, to take into account all the changes of internal and external nature of the economy and finance, social services, international relations, law, etc. 3. The main form of fixing the anti-corruption policy of Kazakhstan are public acts: laws, decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, program, strategy, international treaties with the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4. International Activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of the fight against corruption is aimed at consolidating the efforts of various countries to combat transnational crime.
