Introduction. Globalization of the third Millennium is not only the age of news, but also the age of iconic education, which currently plays an important role in ensuring sustainable development and security of the state, as well as in determining the world market, the world community and improving the quality and standard of life of the population. The twenty-first century is characterized by intellectual phenomena such as national competition, information competition, technology Commercialization and economic transformation. Education of a citizen with intellectual, healthy, highly developed intelligence, competitive education in accordance with the international level is the most important strategy of the state [1, 2].
The desire of the Republic of Kazakhstan to enter the top 30 developed, advanced countries requires radical changes in all spheres of society in the promotion policy. Therefore, along with the previously established rules, the introduction of new trends and innovations in the field of education is a requirement of the time. In the new century, high demands will be placed on students of the new Kazakhstan. A new specialist of the new world, first of all, should become an innovator, armed with the results of research activities, knowing the inner world of students, contributing to the disclosure of their individual abilities and creative abilities, creating all opportunities for personal development, able to systematically analyze and analyze their innovative activities and know innovative ways to improve the quality of the unified pedagogical process [3].
Research materials and methodology. We studied the level of interest of students of the Institute of traditional art of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University in research activities.
At the final stage of the experiment, we developed a questionnaire "determining the level of motivation of students for research activities".
In the questionnaire, it was suggested to note the most important reasons that prompted respondents to engage in research activities (cognitive, professional development, self-realization, obtaining material benefits, moral incentives, self-expression, social support, success, etc.). A number of questions determined the level of interest of respondents in any aspects of the organization and implementation of scientific research. The questionnaire includes a list of open questions for which respondents request to specify the reasons for the decrease in motivation to engage in research activities, provide methods to support and stimulate motivation to carry out scientific research, etc.
The results of the final stage of the experiment showed that 90.0% of students experienced serious difficulties in organizing research activities; 84.0% of students believe that universities do not have sufficient conditions to stimulate students ' interest in research activities. At the same time, 76.00% of students have a low level of motivation for research activities, 16.70% — average and only 9.00%- high [4-14].
Thus, we note the following theoretical and methodological justification for the formation of the University's readiness to use the results of research work in the professional training of students:
a) development and self-development of the student as an object of innovative pedagogical process;
b) improvement of the pedagogical process as an object of innovative activity of the student;
b) creating a model of technology for teaching actions with an interest in research work as a subject of the pedagogical process in the self-development and development of the student's personality;
C) Development of a model for the formation of readiness of University students for innovative technology of teaching research work based on active creative, search activity of the teacher;
d) development of methods for forming the interest of students of the specialty of professional education of the University in research work in the system of continuing education.
