PHILOSOPHICAL-SPIRITUAL HERITAGE OF KAZAKH NATION Unity and interrelation of wisdom and humanism are defined through demonstrating spiritual mind, deep thinking feature and sincere virtue. The wealthwhich was keeping by the wisdom of nation and spiritual heritage which was enshrined by means of life experience are expressed through recognizing and receiving it by heart as advantage of benefit. Historical edification and preceptive lessons of artists play a specific role in enriching the spiritual scope of humans. Wide and long life, cultural and historical lessons connected by ancestors’s spirituality of the historical truth and its future, inimitable values of wisdom philosophy which are relevant to common human needs used to be spiritual benefit of the nation. On the base of primar traditions and experiences, the examples of wisdom which were carried from centuries to centuries have extended their philosophical content on the way of development and also not only were spread orally in the history, but continued spiritually indivisible and beneficial traditions. It is necessary to praise the national spirituality in order to keep spiritual values of our ancestors keeping national pequilarities. Here, the sourse of nation existensy renews from ancient times as a factor which determines the national values and its actuality. And it is one of the main factors which begins from national foundation. The thing that defines and establishes the complexed history of our nation is the national consciousness. In order to define and analyze the values which purposed to the national existense and consciousness is – the active and influental role of correlational generation which can flock, inspire and unite people’s values and nowadays it becomes relevant. Perpetual monument which is dedicated to the aged history, to our anscestors, to the great sons of our nation and to their honorable ideals comes out similar. Indeed, the revelation of deep historical heritage’s content testifies historical justification. Spiritual heritages of our nation include relativity of generation and time harmony. This is a indicator which teaches generation to respect the spirits of our anscestors and to be patriots of your fatherland. The world civilization keeps going forward, that is why it is really important for the future generation. A life that takes its beginning from the national history and the responsibility to the anscestors and their spiritual heritage stlil remain important. That is why there is a constant traditional tendency in the individual pictures of national spirituality which correlates with the history of nation. Traditional tendency forms in the national consciousness, and the national consciousness forms in in the national culture”. In any cultural society it is possible for them to implement their strivings and purposes. Values and dignities of national consciousness measures in the levels of culture. National traditions of culture arise from: the capacity to work, habbits and politeness of societies, living together in peace, respecting memory of anscestors, preserving cemeteries, monuments of anscestors, realtionship between parents and children, striving to the best, struggling for happines and justice. The problem of national culture is complicated and allusive. National culture is a factor which passes on moral values and national spiritual experience. It means, national culture – is a core of the antional consciousness [1; 62]. First of all, a quality that must be in a man is individuality – through the man there can be seen its spiritual quality and through the consciousness its culture. It means that the man and the culture develop in close connection. The man is a core of culture because it is a spiritual existence of the man. The culture on the base of spiritual formation, historical develpoment of the human should not be differentiated between them. The individuality of the a man is defined by his inner world. The spiritual existence of the man, i.e. developing his culture comes out the meaning of his world. The culture – is defined as an initiation of existence quality which is in the inner world of the man. It means, humanity, genteelness and existence of the man can be seen through the spiritual creativity and activity or in a one word, through the culture. In other words, the man’s existence can be defined by its cultural sensitivity, creative possibilities, talents or other specific capabilties. In this case, the spiritual existence which developed in high level is – an evidence of cultural sensitivity of individuals. Through the enormous qualities of the humanity and the spiritual existence of the intellegent men we can see their cultural sensitivity. That is to say, it proves that their cultural sensitivity locates in high position. The width of outlook, spiritual image and whole life are full of humanity, intellectual heritage of upbringing come out as a valuable treasure. Nowadays, writings of great men that teaches us to be humane and cultural is the main fenomen which helps us do not loose our existing origin. The thing that was the basis of formating philosophical opinions of unique individuals is a heritage of ancestors. It is known that ancient literary-cultural heritage makes nation to be nation, people to be people. The basis of oral literature that comes from ancient time influenced to the culture that changed to world outlook. Kazakh people are nomadic nation who beginning from the early world history have been correlated sustainability of values and achievements of the individual cultural civilization in their development path. Our national culture is an interlink which connects to each other the dignity systems of the national characters’ being which have been formed for many centuries. Kazakh brought to birth spirituality and world view which are characteristic to their own existence. This is a quality which is inherent to Kazakh set of mind, in other words, it is a form of world cognition peculiar to Kazakhs, peculiarity of life perception in their own way. It, in its turn, is the picture of national consciousness. Its “mentor and interlink” is historical influence. Peculiar characteristic, from the time our people formed as a nation, exists along with sense, consciousness and feelings which were developed together with national quality individualities of our nation. In any periods, spiritual treasures first mean to its master and only those who passed trial of the time could be given to predecessors as a sacred heritage and spiritual wealthy treasure of nomad world and as a proof of this statement it cannot be compared with any joys of the whole universe. Virtue, entity, way of cultural development, world outlook of any nation – are foundation of its spirituality. Spirituality – revered and sacred notion. Spiritual values which express entity and future of our nation are culture, philosophy, art and literature. Overcoming through the trial and judgment of the history and fate, keeping national virtue and shape – devoted to show the way for the next generation of the perception, sense, view of this heritage and respecting the sacred traditions of the nation. Spiritual creation, artificial benefit of the human – are the treasures which show creative work of the nation, wisdom of the nation, generally not only historical consciousness of Kazakhs, from their attitude to the environment and entity there can be opened understanding of questing the intelligence and capacity of self-assessment during their maturity. Spiritual soul of the man, his sane wealth, ethical sense in beneficial art, in other words nation’s wisdom, vast experience it would be difficult do not be delighted to all this knowledge in terms of philosophy. During the consideration of limitless wisdom which is bound by important and prominent stories of social life and immense scope and power of developing level, it would be correct to sort it out according to the position in panhuman culture. Wisdom core of the nation which is rooted deeply in traditional culture is inherent part of national spiritual wealth. Giving a good deal of thought is a result of strong mind, immense scope and deep realizing this time. In its turn, it is the spiritual support of our culture. Spiritual glorious features accomplished capacities of all humanity for the sake of wisdom art and national tradition, in the course of widening and maturing perceptional scope, there were manifested greatness and beneficial aims of intellectual sanity. Deep understanding its traditional meaning is being harmonized with eager perception to panhuman values. Edificatory tradition which was assumed and developed by human generation can give not only beneficial, virtuous and humane features in a spiritual flow of life, but also it is interrelated with hope and opinion of people. The limitless way of thinking of Kazakh society – is a mirror of Kazakh world outlook. Here, we learn special distinctions of national philosophical opinion and circle of world outlook, also national entity and the origins of cultural-spiritual kind. This origin is rooted with sacred home land. Our erudite people who deeply adopted global system of thinking and aimed to broaden horizons of Kazakh society are trying to harden spiritual existence of our nation with their distinctive culture. Wise figures were known as mentors with their opinions, world outlooks, aims and dreams to their nation, home land and generation. And the concentration of their philosophical attitudes coincides with a question of humanism. In all history books nation art takes important meaning. It is the grandest wealth – an evidence of great spiritual treasure that was ever made by humanity. Each thought of different periods that was told in that time made national and wise sagacity. Wisdom, silver tongue – were original features of our nation. Wisdom in a feature of the national tradition – nurtured from the ancient cultural world and it is plentiful with a rich edificatory vocabulary and sagacious aphorisms. It means that the titles of foretellers, wise men, orators, heroes, judges and the demonstration of orators ‘mind who were famous in whole land of the nation began from the ancient times. Only those who can feel sincerely, analyze carefully, take a right decision and form the thinking system logically, judiciously with his spiritual wealth may able to obtain the title. A wise thought of the great philosopher Al-Farabi seems like to be written for it: “Ingenuity – is a good human feature… In order to be honest and sincere in front of your conscience depends on being honorable and having pure behavior”[2, 10]. Some features like being beneficial, respectful and having edification, knowledge from different people signify the wealth of soul and cleverness of mind. There was written a saying: “It is not enough to study, but also understand”. The experience of sagacity that was taken from the life is plentiful. It means that every story that happens in the life is being analyzed, detached, concluded and accepts as experience. Wise people give this wealth to the nation. Learning all features of sagacity and word majesty is a power. Summarizing all these words, we can say that it is considered with sagacious life of the next generation, in order to give them such features as upbringing, conscience, courage and education. If the intention is beneficial, it will be upraised and given for the sake of nation. The examples of spiritual wealth which were drawn with immense experience and questing scope – now it is time to understand that features as wisdom, greatness and realizing moment of honor, the highest top and important angles of our national philosophy, culture, history are great regards. Descendants of nation were promulgating dreams and hopes of the man for a long time and they carried it from generation to generation. Philosophical thoughts that supported Kazakh folklore – is a result of nation’s sagacity. There were put out so many nation’s works, knowledge and arts. Sagacious entity manifested its impact in creation of every wise individual through the sense of past life and contemplation, conclusion about prosperious future life. In order to be at the top of the wisdom, you have to be able to feel the soil of home land, the breath of universe and to understand the sense of man’s life. There are longsighted, philosophical, deep rooted backgrounds in every conclusion that they raised. It means that their real secret about world outlook can be understood according to the foregoing premises. The individual – is not only a son of his time and origin, he is a man who can remain his ornament, signature in his own works with a clear mind and silver tongue. Great individuals are concillators who brought together states with states, nations with nations, one civilization with another one, each of them in due time. The notion great individual is defined by entity and concsiousness of people, and it is known for everybody that it has extensive concept. As an evidence, the feature of intimacy of great individuals to people – the main ideologic thoughts, moral edifications that worried in the way of logical thinking are eternal wealth which is given to the predecessors. Their entity, dreams and aims which were dedicated their lives for it – future of humanity, next generation, nation and state. The birth and death of great people is a historical fenomenon. It remained not only in our natinal genealogy, but also in the memory of all humanity. The names that came from ancient times, the fates of grand figures that remained in the memory of people – were the flame of braveness and unity. Our sovereignty have not obtained easily. Heritages that have powerful spirit made by ancient tradition, great figures which signify the independence – dreamt about the freedom of nation. Deep researching, analyzing the sagacity of wise men and scrupulous learning their spiritual values is up to the next generation. Because the legacy of ancestors has the direct relation and connection with actual problems of today’s time – come in touch with historical and philosophical questions of predecessors. The role of philosophical thoughts that took its origin from the historical hollows has important meaning as cultural phenomenon. Sagacious core that ripened from wise thoughts, contribution in developing cultural area and national philosophical history are defined with its huge place in the system of national philosophical thoughts. Thorough changes that are happening in social mind and the new perception which is growing together with our independence, beneficial activities, edification and heritage of ancestors and wonderful sagacious world in the spiritual universe of our nation’s past and present entity are going to be opened deeply. Keeping up national uniqueness, it is important to boast national spirit while as fixing spiritual values from the tradition of ancestors. Here, as the defining factor of national values and its actuality, the source of nation’s life upraise from the national early epochs. This in its turn becomes popular that these are main factors which take its origin from national source of our nation. The factor that defines our nation’s complicated and multifaceted history, shows its dignity, in other words, forms its spiritual vitality – is national consciousness. Defining and assessing values which is directed to the national entity and consciousness in the history – nowadays, the active role of predecessors who are able to gather, encourage and unite people with a help of these values are implementing every time. Spiritual reins of the nation which did not lose its unity and national consciousness changed to the literary words. Ancient heritage opened the minds of people as special and powerful phenomenon keeping up the unity of nation giving the way to its spirituality and future. The burden of national spirituality was given to these activists. It is clear that it will take part as source studies of ancient heritages in upraising spiritual courses of the past history. Because these spiritualities were edifications of our ancestors’ courage, braveness and our national spirituality. Their bright ornamental traditions that show individual virtues of activists, social thoughts and philosophical opinions – are formed according to the requirements of those times. People can be individualized not only with their spoken words, but also with their works that have done for the sake of their dreams. They also possess professional psychological skills to recognize the inner world, character and nature of a person at the first time of seeing. In other words, they strived the each word to be told whole hearted and to reach the heart. They did not get tired of blessing and to pass their education and instructions, allocutions to the purposeful youth who shed tears over for beggar hood, poverty of the indefensible people who suffered violence of well-heeled people, and the youth in the eyes of which there is a blaze, and the hearts have the light of hope. It is a picture of our ancestors’ wise which was an excellent mentor corresponding to assembly of individual peculiarities of our ancestors. We can see in all of them wisdom which was improved by experience of years. The thoughts, evaluation preceptor and instructive edification of which is unlimited is manifestation of its wisdom. As regard not only to their words, but also actions performed for the sake of the people’s wish – a wise man stands out by his individualism. The evidence of that is proximity of nature of the great individuals in the nomadic world, the main wonders of the principal idea which commoved the inner world of logical train of thoughts, traditional education, the fact that the great heritage will always be the everlasting program. Their existence, fundamental objective for which they devoted whole life, dreams are the future of humanity, future of our generations, their amiability and national identity. Birth and dying of the great people is historical phenomenon. They still exist not only in our genealogy but also in memory of all human being. Fate of the great individuals whose names are in memory of people has become the heart and amiability. Sovereignty did not come out of a clear sky.
