How to Deliver Speech before the Audience
1. Gain the confidence by being really well-prepared.
2. To reduce nervousness focus more on the message you want to get across
than on the fact that you are alone in front of the audience.
3. Check your posture and gesture.
4. Don't forget about "eye contact".
5. Speak on the topic in a lively, enthusiastic manner.
6. Try to talk directly to the audience rather than reading your speech from
the notes
7. Voice control is very essential; it includes rate (the speed at which you
speak), fluency (speak smoothly with as few hesitations as possible), volume,
intonation.

8. Your speech must be comprehensible which depends on the voice control,
factors  of  rate,  fluency,  volume  and  intonation.  Don't  forget  to  consult  the
dictionary of pronunciation.
9.  At  the  end  of  your  speech  the  listeners  may  want  to  ask  you  questions.
You should listen  attentively,  formulate  your  response,  and  clearly  state  what  the
person asking you expects.
