Purpose: The aim of this course is to introduce students with general theoretical and theological conceptions with the concrete practice of the most
widely accepted religious traditions of the world
Contents: Religious studies, alternately known as the study of religion, is the multi-disciplinary academic field devoted to research into religious beliefs, behaviors, and institutions. It describes, compares, interprets, and explains religion, emphasizing systematic, historically based, and cross-cultural perspectives.
Competences: As a result of the development of the discipline professional should have an understanding of the religious component of different cultures, to know the modern religious situation, the relationship of religion and other spheres of culture.
