The theoretical analysis of the need of solving the problems of the formation of the future teachers’ leadership
qualities are made in the article; a goal of creating its structural model is set. The structural model of the future teachers’
leadership qualities has been established on the basis of our own experiences and based on the works of researchers who
studied the concept of a structural model. We have created a model which consists of several structural units including
conceptual target, technological, organizational, functional and measuring-productive areas. Thus, in the present model
measurements and indicators of the formation of future teachers’ leadership qualities are defined, and pedagogical
conditions of realization of the model are given.
