Abstract
Relevance: Having studied the theory and practice of research activities of practitioners'
teachers, we saw problems that hinder its active development. The impact of research
activities on the effectiveness of the educational process in the school turned out to be little
studied in the new conditions of the development of the Kazakhstan education system. On this
basis, we have formulated a contradiction between the demand for the development of the
teacher's research activities and the lack of conditions for its positive impact on the result.
Hence the scientific problem of research: how to organize in the conditions of a
comprehensive school a teacher-practice route to the teacher-researcher? How will the
research activities of teachers affect the performance of THE SCHOOL? Will this Lesson
study will help the goal: to determine the organizational and educational conditions that

contribute to the movement of the teacher-practice to research activities, its impact on the
professional-qualification growth of the teacher and effectively ...
