L.Gumilev Eurasian National University, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan This article is aboutone of the new and independent areas of linguistics paramiology and theresearch of the expert in this field, the Russian scientist G.L.Permyakov. It is widely spoken about in Permyakov’s scientific study of eastern peoples’ proverbs and sayings. Specifically, according to his research in the "Fundamentals of Structural Paramiology/Основы структурной паремиологии"the Kazakh proverbs and sayings of the scientist G. Permyakov's classification, comparable to the study of the linguistic nature of the proverbs and sayings of the Oriental people, logical-thematic and semantic groupscorrespond to the outstanding examples of Kazakh proverbs and sayings. It is well-known that folklore researchers and paramiologists even in early ages paid particular attention to the functional differences of proverbs. In the above-mentioned work, we see that the scientist together with the combined 7 pragmatic functions (proverbs, rhymes, popular beliefs) or the 7 main objectives according to use, proposes a new model of grouping invariant thematic couples. The researcher also divides one logical thematic group into four large groups with wide categories. In this study, we have been tasked to provide logical and thematic analysis of Kazakh proverbs and sayings on the same group of scientists’s researches. That is, the first group, invariant thematic couple: "If something possesses some peculiarities it means that it also has another ppeculiarity"; the second group, "If there is one meaning, there would be another meaning as well" were chosen and the proverbs and saying have been considered according to the invariant Ш. 215 structural model. Because of the extensive area, we have decided to place the analysis of the given classification on the third and fourth groups in our next research.
