  a social-economic significance of micro-crediting market and complex analyses of the activities is based on the base of foreign conception of crediting;

  a degree of effect of micro-crediting on small and medium size enterprises development in Kazakhstan, reasons of insufficient activity of bank lending of small enterprises are determined;

  alternative ways of development of micro-crediting institutions’ activity, directed to the sources of finance widening, have been developed;
  
• 
  risk assessment by method of credit scoring for micro-crediting mechanism improvement has been developed.
  

Practical recommendations have been approbated and introduced in the activity of Partnership with Limited Liability “Micro-credit institution “Small Enterprise Development Fund –Aktau”.
