From anamnesis, a child from the first pregnancy, urgent delivery. Birth weight 3500 g, length 52 cm. The neonatal period proceeded without peculiarities. Since 3.5 months, the child has been on artificial feeding. Family history is not burdened. Preventive vaccinations according to the calendar. On examination, the body temperature is 37.9 ° C. Physical development is normal, age-appropriate. Height 96 cm, weight 14 kg. The child is sluggish, capricious. The skin and visible mucous membranes are pale, clean. Nasal breathing is difficult due to discharge. There is a bright hyperemia in the throat. Lymph nodes are not palpated. In the lungs, against the background of hard breathing, various wet wheezes are heard in all fields. Respiratory rate - 38 in 1 min., pulse - 120 beats in 1 min. The heart tones are rhythmic, clear. Heart rate 120 in 1 min. The abdomen is rounded, symmetrical, participates in the act of breathing. With superficial palpation, it is mild, painless. Stool and diuresis are not disturbed.
