The course content of the hign school pedagogi:the functional approach to designing The article considers issues of the designing of content of Higher Education direction. It is assumed of there are
variety of approaches of designing the content of education is one of the priority in building of university pedagogics
course in high school is a functional approach.
Functional approach to build of the content of the course of “Pedagogics” in high school magistracy assumes such
designing, when the base functions of pedagogical activity of high school teacher as the main “consumer” of scientific
and applied knowledges in the area of the pedagogics of top vocational training. The designing of the content of the
pedagogy course in high school on the basis of functional approach allows strengthening its practical directivity to
orient process of training to particular directions and the types of pedagogical active in the high school.
By the base construction principles the content of the course of the pedagogic apart from general educational, stated
in pedagogical literature are orientation to result of training generated as competence; materialization of functions of
scientific and pedagogical activity through the content of the course; directivity to development of functional literacy
students of masters (general pedagogical literacy). The content of the course of the pedagogic in the magistracy is built
with orientation to such functions of the teacher of higher school: educational (plans, organization and implementation
of pedagogical process); educational - methodical; organizationally methodical; research; educational; socio-culturally.
