Mukhamedzhanova A.B. 1 , Sartbaev D.R. 2 , candidate of Philosophy 1 , PhD 2 Development of turkic children’s literature in the early ХХ century Children’s literature, being one of the lightest and brightest areas of the cultural life of the people is directly linked to its history. Associated with the children the rich spiritual national heritage reveals the future nation wide horizons. In the early twentieth century, in the light of the danger hanging over spirituality to literature of Turkic peoples, there are new goals and tasks that require a cooperative effort. Therefore, Turkic educators have spared no effort in addressing a new generation of literacy and the development of their spiritual development, as this was one of the most important areas directly related to the interests of the people. One of the issues that require attention for the proper determination of the genesis of children’s poetry, was the question of the place and role of the child in the social environment a certain period. That is, necessary to establish the extent of their capabilities and the level of implementation in the education of the child in society or that historical period, because in a particular era of devel- opment of society the education of children are at different levels. The differences are the result of when and in which country the education of children received special priority. At the same time, no one will deny that the formation and development of children’s literature of Turkic peoples of its artistic world outlook and traditions had single Turkic roots.
