highly qualified IT specialists by 2025. Increase and the appearance of such a new subject in the UNT 
is a confirmation of this. Of course, we are talking about this as a separate specialization now, which, 
for example, has such branches as programming, development, enterprise management systems 
(ERP), web engineer, informational security, web master, system administrator. Which specialties 
are the most popular in employers' vacancies, given the increase in the number of vacancies in the 
professional field over the past four years? 
The President also noted, "School teachers will play a decisive role in building a Fair 
Kazakhstan. Positive changes are still required in this direction. It is necessary to adopt a new standard 
of accreditation of pedagogical universities and develop a framework of teacher competencies". A 
schoolteacher is an important and honorable professional who plays a key role in the lives of many 
children. The teacher helps students to master the knowledge and necessary skills to achieve success 
in life. The work of a schoolteacher requires a high degree of organization. The teacher must prepare 
lessons, check homework, evaluate work and develop learning plans. In addition, the teacher must 
have knowledge in his physics and mathematics field. This should consist in explaining complex use 
cases and using different teaching methods to help students understand the material. In addition, the 
teacher should be aware of the latest achievements in his field and the use of innovative approaches 
to teaching. However, the most important thing that makes a schoolteacher special is his ability to 
inspire students and children who have achieved their goals. The teacher must create conditions in 
which students can show their potential and their own talents. It must meet the requirements. All IT 
specialists and physicists need a teacher for a good and necessary beginning of knowledge. 
Understand the fundamental principles of the physical world around them, apply mathematical 
concepts to solve problems, and teach them how to use laboratory equipment to conduct experiments 
and collect data, code and develop software applications, teaching programming languages, 
algorithms and data structure. We do not cancel the fact that you can learn it yourself. However, 
teachers in an educational form invent the instructive basis. In addition, every teacher wants to leave 
his own. The teacher makes even the foundation and its further future. Understanding gives the 
teaching, but the teacher who mainly teaches. Teaching is the art of assisting discovery. Profession 
refers to providing knowledge and making a better individual with all normal forms of discipline. The 
teaching profession is strengthening career opportunities that contribute to in-country growth. 
Speaking in depth, physics and computer science intersect in the field of computational physics, 
which uses computer modeling to study physical systems. In addition, the development of quantum 
computing, which relies heavily on the principles of quantum mechanics, is a rapidly developing field 
that can revolutionize both physics and computer science. In general, physics and computer science 
are two dynamic and interesting fields that continue to stimulate innovation and progress in our 
society. I consider the person who decided to teach these two specialties to be a person who likes 
progress and who wants to take an active part in it. 
There are several common points in order to become a good teacher

Improves communication skills (communication techniques with a growing number of people), 

Expand knowledge and skills (motivate and inspire students to focus and develop their natural 
abilities).

A student who learns by himself (since learning has no boundaries, a person can never stop 
learning. In the teaching profession, a teacher can also study at any stage and at any age. Even
