| Accuracy of speech is the maximum correspondence to the content and form that were planned by
the speaker. The accuracy of speech is determined by: - Knowledge of the subject - Logic of Thinking - Ability to choose the right words The appropriateness of speech is the strict correspondence of its structure to the conditions and tasks of communication. Observance of the appropriateness of speech is suggested, first of all, by the title of the stylistic system of language, the laws of the use of linguistic means. The effectiveness of speech is its communicative quality, consisting in the ability to solve exactly the task that confronts a lawyer. Basically it depends on three things: - Persuasion force of the speaker (lawyer, law enforcement officer) - correctness and accuracy of speech - situational optimality of his speech. No small importance means for a lawyer is the quality of voice, diction, possession of the norms of stress and pronunciation. The well-known Roman court speaker Mark Tulius Cicero said in the "Orator" tarktat: "Of course, it is desirable that the voice should be good, but it is not in our power, and the production and possession of the voice is in our power." The correct tone of speech of a law enforcement officer is a means of persuasion and, at the same time, a display of respect for the interlocutor. Calm, even tone, of course, helps him convince, while irritability, nervousness, and crying nullify all his arguments. The speech of a lawyer should teach, educate, have a purpose to influence the person and the collective, their moods, opinions, interests, behaviors and feelings. The lawyer needs to skillfully link the content of his speech with life, take into account the states and requests of people listening to him, use various language means of expressiveness. The impact in Russian is different - in different syllables it falls on different syllables, moving - in the same word, changing its shape can move from one syllable to another. Often, law enforcement officers have to speak publicly, impromptu. The pertinent remark of Mark Twain "... it takes more than three weeks to prepare a good, short speech impromptu" we follow all of us to adopt ... The first thing that a law enforcement officer needs to do in such cases is to determine his top task and the tasks that will help to implement it. It is worth noting that the correct speech should consist of five parts: speech initiation, introduction, main part (content), conclusion, ending of speech. The introduction should capture listeners from the first words of the first minute. It should be remembered that the more interesting the beginnings attract the attention of the audience and can indicate in which way the speech will be delivered. 166 If you are not ready to speak, in any case, do not begin your speech with the words of excuses and platitudes. For example: I'm not very prepared for the performance. In general, this topic can not be considered in such a short time. Or: Well, everyone knows that. The main, part of the performance is well thought-out arguments, clear position, logical. Much attention is paid to the final part (conclusion). It briefly adores the idea, which the speaker wanted to convey, where the main points are repeated, the results are summed up. And, finally, the ending of speech (the final) is a strong part of the speech. It must be energetic, tuning, and logically complete. Public speech should not only be correct and beautiful externally, but also have a rich content. The most effective is to use jokes, quotations, aphorisms, illustrating the main thesis of the speech. What makes the performance interesting: - intelligible language; - Visual speech, the use of comparisons, epithets; - Pauses. They emphasize the importance of what has been said, attract the attention of listeners, and is also an indicator of self-confidence. - Harms the performance: - Monotony; - Parasite words; "Sounds are parasites." One of the features of a lawyer's business communication is that in most cases, the reason for entering into communication is an offense, asocial behavior. Often the goals of the participants in communication may not coincide. In such cases, the lawyer needs social and psychological skills, establishing a psychological contact. This consists in the fact that it is psychologically true to enter into communication in one or the other situation, to support communication. Each law enforcement officer should stimulate the partner's interest in continuing communication to encourage him to actively exchange information. The structure of psychological contact includes several elements. 1. Foring a partner's interest in communicating with you. 2. Creation of external conditions facilitating the establishment of contact, i.e. choice of conditions, time, place. 3. Assessment of the mental state. 4.
