Ozhegov The culture of human speech is his own business card. According to the culture of speech, people judge the mind and erudition of a person, his intelligence and upbringing. An imaginative, emotionally rich and informative speech always produces a favorable impression on others, causes intreres to the speaker. It has long been established: who clearly thinks, he clearly says. Logically and reasoned speech people judge the human mind; but by expressiveness, education, lexical wealth - about his erudition; in the tone of speech - about the upbringing of the speaker. There are no other personality traits that could characterize it more than speech. What virtues an employee does not possess, they can lose their value, if he does not speak the language, suffers from an imperfect, poor speech. Рolice officer,(employee of department of internal affairs) as a subject of public relations, all kinds of interpersonal contacts, actively participates in various types of business communication, in which his speech behavior manifests itself. Of all the law enforcement agencies, the police in large measure need to be connected with the population, from the standpoint of preventive work, awareness and the disclosure of offenses. And we meet with cases when a police officer can not formulate what he would like to say. The basis of a liaison between a police officer and citizens is the language of the employees - a literate and friendly speech, intelligible and understandable, informationally saturated and emotionally colored, encouraging others to listen to the opinion of a law enforcement officer and provide him with all possible assistance. Why it is necessary to speak specifically about the speech culture of a law enforcement officer? First, the profession of a police officer requires not only high moral qualities, but also broad general education. Secondly, every police officer, and even more so the head of the body acts as an orator, as a propagandist of legal moral knowledge. Thirdly, a police officer is often a confidential interlocutor, and this requires the highest level of culture. Fourth, the ability to speak and speak publicly, language proficiency has long been considered an attribute quality of a lawyer, a law enforcement officer. Language and speech occupy a special place in the professional activity of a law enforcement officer. After all, a police officer is a representative of the law. In professional activity - in the process of creation, justification and application of legal norms - both a lawyer and a police officer work with a set of oral and written texts. A significant part of the official time (up to 85%) employees spend with colleagues and citizens. It's no secret that the quality of the employee's work largely depends on how he talks with the victim and witness, with the detainee and the suspect, with the boss, colleague or subordinate. The public performances of employees in front of the audience and in the media are also important. The culture of speech of police officers is one of the most important constituents of his authority among the population. The speech of the lawyer, as a rule, should transfer knowledge, promote their transition to beliefs. In the service of a police officer, the culture of writing is as important as the culture of speech and the ability to talk. Every day, you have to conduct official represen- tation, make up various documents: reports, inspection protocols, statements of claim, indictments, sentences and definitions, agreements 165 and agreements, applications and complaints. From the written registration of these documents, there is an overall impression of the literacy and culture of law enforcement officers. I would like to note the most common mistakes made in a lawyer's speech: 1) Violation of the norms of lexical, grammatical and stylistic compatibility: - The use of words in an inappropriate meaning; - Mixing of homonyms; - Violation of word consistency (for example: a new tradition was born, a good tradition was born); - Verbosity (for example: collect a sum of 17 thousand tenge of debt); - Tautology (for example: bold risk, negative minus); - Use near or near one root words (for example: witness K. testified); - The use of pleonasms - no need to repeat words that coincide in meaning (for example: the patriot of the motherland, a man of 20 people). 2) Inter-language lexico-semantic interference in conditions of bilingualism; 3) Speech redundancy; 4) Speech failure. In the course of professional activities, the employee of the Interior Organs needs to constantly improve the skills of speech behavior, improve the culture of communication. So what are the simplest language requirements for a lawyer's speech and generally for law enforcement officials?
