The purpose of the research: To study the attitude of responsibility to the official activities of cadets in a military higher educational institution. Subject of the research: Features of the relationship of responsibility to military cadets' official activities. Object of the research: military cadets. Research objectives: 1. analysis of theoretical data on the attitude of responsibility to the official activities of military cadets; 2. practical study of the attitude of responsibility to the official activities of military cadets; 3. mathematical and statistical analysis of experimental research results; 4. summarize the results of the study, give recommendations. Research methods: 1.O. V. Mukhlinina multidimensional and functional diagnostics "responsibility-110" 2.Kuhn - McPartland test "Who Am I" (changed by T. V. Rumyantseva). 3.E. F. Bazhin, E. A. Golynkina, M. A. Etkinda methodology "the level of subjective control"; 4.methodology "diagnostics of the level of social frustration" by L. I. Wasserman (modification by V. V. Boyko); Research results: A theoretical analysis of the problem of considering the attitude of responsibility to the official activities of cadets in a military higher educational institution allowed us to identify the main characteristics of the responsible attitude of military personnel to their official activities and the responsibility associated with it. Based on theoretical ideas, responsibility is defined as a property that characterizes the ability of an individual to independently understand the importance of his actions for himself and society. The general assumption that" a responsible attitude to official activities depends on socio – psychological factors "and our own assumptions that" a responsible attitude to official activities depends on the level of subjective control of cadets and the level of social frustration " are proved.
