Poliparadigmal approach as a methodological basis for forming competitive higher pedagogical egucation //Pedagogy and Psychology, № 2(35), 2018, KazNPU named after Abay.
This article is devoted to the main conceptual approaches to the formation and becoming
of competitive higher pedagogical education in Kazakhstan. The authors, based on the system
analysis of pedagogical sources on the problem, come to the logical conclusion that the basis
for the formation of a competitive higher pedagogical education should be a polyparadigmatic
approach. It is based on the personality-oriented (humanistic), culturological, functionalist-
competence, distance education paradigm, as well as SMART education, in the context of which
STEM education is also considered. A characteristic feature of this work is that it is based on a
deep, systematic analysis of practice, a broad study of the latest achievements in pedagogical
science: the framework model of the competitive personality of a modern teacher is presented; The
main contradictions that prevent the preparation of such a person in the conditions of traditional
(knowledge-centric, subject-information) training of pedagogical cadres are characterized; the
role and importance of innovations, innovative processes as the basis and core of the formation of
a competitive higher pedagogical education are revealed; The specifics of the implementation of
