WAYS OF FORMATION OF STUDENTS LINGUOCULTURAL COMPETENCE THROUGH
COMMUNICATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
Abstract
The article discusses the ways of forming the linguistic and cultural competence of foreign language
learners through the use of communication technologies in foreign language lessons. The worldview of
people speaking this language, the national code reflected in the language, the linguistic picture of the world
play an important role in teaching a foreign language. Therefore, when studying a foreign language, the
language learner must accept or be familiar with the knowledge, stereotypes, beliefs, concepts of this
language. Otherwise, the speaker may come into conflict with surrounding. This research work is based not
only on the structural, grammatical, semantic and symbolic aspects of the language, but also on the works of
scientists who have shown that it is a part of society, the soul of a nation. When students are strongly
influenced by linguocultural aspects, they are more motivated to learn the language and have the ability to
understand and study the language as much as possible.
